Egg Salad Tea Sandwich Recipe

Yield: 12 mini sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 6 slices white sandwich bread
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley leaves for garnish

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Egg Salad:
Mash the hard-boiled eggs in a bowl. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.

2️⃣ Cut the Bread:
